Individualized Interventions

Our approach is very individualized with a strong focus on internal motivation. We begin with learning as much about the entire family and client history as possible. While doing so we are identifying boundaries and positive motivations for everyone involved to start a foundation. When we perform the intervention our preferred approach is to simply ask the client how they are doing and allow them to feel heard. We want our clients to feel autonomy, have agency, and support. When we establish boundaries we do so as a secondary motivation and not as our primary.
